• Opencream.AI: The cutting-edge AI division that innovates the beauty industry. We utilize AI within our formulation development process to identify winning formulations faster, reducing development time by 3.4 times. Our AI solutions also empower beauty industry professionals to streamline their processes with advanced cloud-based models.

• Opencream.Beauty: Specializing in formulation development for both startups and established brands, we craft high-performance formulations with over 25 years of personal care experience. From concept to production, we ensure the highest quality standards.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Commercial Agent to join our team and help us expand our client base across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for all three divisions—raw materials, AI solutions, and formulation development—in the beauty industry across Europe.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty brands, formulators, ingredient suppliers, and manufacturers, understanding their needs and aligning them with Opencream’s offerings.

Sales Strategy: Develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients, showcasing the benefits of our AI, raw materials, and formulation services.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market needs to position Opencream.com as a leader in innovation and supply.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring successful partnerships with beauty professionals and brands.

Reporting: Provide regular sales updates and forecasts to management, identifying new growth areas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Agent, Sales Executive, or similar role within the beauty, personal care, or technology sectors.

• Strong network within the beauty and personal care industries, including ingredient suppliers and brands.

• Passion for innovation, with the ability to explain complex AI and formulation processes in a simple, compelling way.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients.

• Proficient in English; additional European languages (French, German, Italian) are a plus.
